We had a really lovely lunch here on the terrace which has incredible views across the water. The terrace is dog friendly and also has heaters which ticked multiple boxes! The pizza dough and toppings were really nice, and the meatball starter was delicious! I would’ve liked the crust a bit bigger, softer and doughier but that’s my preference. The service was spot on, really friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcomed and looked after.
Really amazing experience. Had a pizza, a started and desert here. All great quality. Really nice place to sober up after having visited Bowmore Distillery. Location is good, interior is cool. Outside seating is available, though it was very cold, even with the blankets they provided. Gave us free tea (with maybe a bit of whisky) to keep us warm. Staff was super friendly and nice to chat with. They completed the experience. Would definitely recommend when visiting Islay.
This is one of my favourite places on Islay. If you fancy pizza or pasta, look no further because you won’t find better. The venue is clean and modern, with good music playing. The staff are all very friendly and offered helpful recommendations from the menu. The owner is also lovely, making me feel really welcome. The food is the best you’ll find on Islay for pizza and pasta. There’s a decent range of traditional options, as well as Scottish twists that cleverly involve haggis, black pudding and even scallops if you choose.
This place is a paradise on Islay,we had food there last Sunday and outstanding from start to finish,the manager was so kind to let us 8 cyclists from Ireland use the bubble that evening,she went out of her way to accommodate us. Food was some of the finest. Service top class and so attentive. Under no circumstances miss eating here if you are in Bowmore or Islay,just get to it.. you can thank me later.

Amazing pizza, lovely place, quick and friendly service! I need to tell you first that I come from Slovenia, a country neighboring to Italy - they invented pizza and we like to believe that we took it a step further ( forgive me, neighbors :) - in short - I love pizza and eat it quite often but this was the 2nd large pizza in my life that I was actually able to eat whole and enjoyed it immensely! I ordered the Islay lobster and prawn pizza and while the price is quite staggering it is completely worth it. The crispy thin crust baked to perfection and fresh seafood with the perfectly balanced spices - joy for the taste buds. My husband was happy with his spicy Diavola and appreciated the chili flakes and other spicy toppings. Our server was super kind and efficient. Now to the logistics; finding a parking is easy as one can park along the road in front of the restaurant. However, getting a reservation is more complicated. We tried to use Peatzeria's online form for booking but unfortunately got no reply. Finally, we stopped in person to make a reservation for the next day as we were lucky enough to spend a couple of days on the island. Having a functional online booking system would have been awesome. However, they do offer takeaway in case you cannot get a table. We enjoyed our evening at Peatzeria greatly and for me this pizza will forever remain an unattainable ideal that I will miss dearly as I return back home.
